Lose him(/her? Not likely, is it?). If he doesn't appreciate what it takes to perform otherwise intimate acts on camera for the viewing pleasure of strangers, he just might have plenty more losing coming to him.
To take the time to insult someone you have never met clearly shows how empty his life is. You are probably the only person to pay any attention whatsoever to anything he has said for a decade.
